The solution FlexX Desk is fully integrated to the modules of the FlexX suite and its tables populated from the database of FlexX.

The FlexX Desk helps the telemarketing team to conduct active and receptive attendance, controlling applications returned, non-effective selling points and research of post-sale managing safely and quickly all the information recorded by the operator of telemarketing.

Furthermore, allows the control of users and creates promotional packages of prices and products in special prices, with terms and conditions of payment for each customer.
