Flag Informática and South Consulting Signature, sign partnership in P2P (Partner to Partner) to offer SaaS.

Belo Horizonte, Brazil, July 15, 2008 - The Flag Informatica, a company recognized as a leader in providing solutions to the market for Retail, Sales and Distribution and the chilean company South Consulting Signature (SCS) today signed a partnership agreement for delivery of the solution Sign@ture NF-e (Electronic Invoice) in the model SaaS(Software as Service), which is based in the high availability platform implemented together with the Brasil Telecom. This platform allow the clients to adopt a Electronic Invoice solution very trustable without the need to make new investments in infrastructure of software and hardware.

The Flag will offer a SaaS solution on Electronic Invoice of the SCS for its base of more than 1800 users of the FlexX solution, based on the remuneration of the SaaS model.
